Cozy Homestay with WiFi @Encorp Strand Mall @Alpha IVF

The apartment is big, very comfortable, facilities are complete. Shops, restaurants are also close by.

Some of the tenants here have dogs as pets. Although they are clean and not against the apartment rules, I feel a bit uncomfortable since I am a Muslim. Recommended for couples, but if you're traveling with a friend, the toilet might be an issue since it’s right next to the shower, separated only by a clear glass wall.

The house is spacious and cozy. There are a lot of facilities such as swimming pool, gym and playground. Staff are friendly

位置还不错，整栋的物业管理还比较好，泳池也不错。

房东回复非常非常慢，入住困难，沟通困难。 沙发说可提供临时床品，结果没有，没办法只能在这个看起来不太干净的沙发上躺了一晚上，基本没睡着。 卧室大床很硬，床单被罩陈旧。 本来想试住一晚，本来因为工作，未来大约一个月都要住在这边的，因为比较近，现在只能打包走换地方。 卫生间看起来油腻不干净，而且除了一瓶破旧的沐浴露什么都没有。
