CACloseness to beach, the cleaning staff, especially Ely do an excellent job of cleaning the room daily and keeping it supplied. Federico on reception is a great guy, very friendly and helpful. The price is good value.
Alberto, the gardener who cleans the pool was away and there was no one there to clean the swimming pool. After three days we complained and the manager cleaned it for the next few days but then stopped. The pool is the main reason we chose the hotel three years ago. The hotel had a very good manager, Arturo until this year but he has moved on and the current management is not on top of maintenance. The rooms are always very clean but the floors need repainting, there needs to be bedside lamps and the cushions on the lounge chairs are soiled. We will not be staying here for a week as we usually do. It’s good for a few days, but not for a longer stay.

ZAWonderful location one block from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops yet very quiet. The pool was fabulous and always clean. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning good and the terrace very useful. Towels changed every day and rooms cleaned.
Just a few tiny details like bulbs out and not enough crockery and cutlery.
USMXI recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is absolutely perfect, situated in a prime spot that made it easy to explore the town. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The accommodations were cozy and inviting, providing the perfect retreat. Overall, this hotel exceeded all of my expectations and I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The power was out the day we arrived. They had a generator but it wasn’t sufficient to run the AC or the mini fridge. The first night we power again. When the power was out and the generator ran out of gas, there was no running water for the bathrooms. When the generator was on, you couldn’t charge a cell phone or laptop. They call themselves a dog friendly hotel but you can’t leave your dogs alone in the room. We took our dogs to the beach and they got heat stroke. Second day the power was out. The generator was on and off. The second night, there was no power. The generator shut down around 3am. It took them about an hour to get it going again. Our room did not have a sliding screen door, therefore we could not open the door due to the mosquitos. Although I said the room was clean, there were roaches in the bathroom. I had reserved for 4 nights but because they did not have the proper generator, I had to cancel the remaining nights. Getting my money back was also difficult.
