The doors don't have a mosquito net and the ventilation is poor inside the rooms with the doors closed. There were no basic amenities like shampoo in the room.
USCAExcellent stay! Rooms were very clean and spacious. The patios were so nice to enjoy a coffee or a drink and the pool was very refreshing. The location was also fantastic, right close to the beach and the main strip. Highly recommend staying here.

USCAUSThe location was fantastic. Can't be beat. Close to the beach and main street but being on a side street it was quiet, especially at night.
The pool was not heated despite it being stated it is on booking.com. It was too cold for us to use and it was one of the main reasons we booked after seeing that it was. We raised this with the lady at the front desk on the first day who said it would be addressed the following day and she would give us an update. Not only it was not addressed, we didn't receive an update but instead were ignored by this lady every time we walked by the reception. That was very disappointing because we simply asked about this in a polite way and then felt like we were treated as if we've done something wrong. Any update, whether the pool would be heated or not, would have been appreciated. We booked the family room on the second floor which could have used a table in it as there was no place to put anything other than the beds. The railing on the balcony also seemed like a safety issue as it was only attached by screws and was moving. We had to instruct our son not to even come close to it. The sheets in the downstairs area had yellow stains on them and a lot of the towels were torn. The room, however, was cleaned every day which was a plus.
