USGreat location. Very quiet and secure building. Available street parking close-by. Nice pool. Rooms are ok size for a few days to a week or two. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Easy walking to everything in town and the beach.
Beds were ok but some could use a new mattress.
USNice hotel with great pool just two blocks from the beach entrance. AC and fans worked well. Was nice to have a microwave and small kitchenette in the room. However, had broken towel holders in bathroom and could use a bit of an update.

Our 3rd floor room was advertised as having 2 beds, but there was only one king sized bed and a non-foldout couch with no other sheets or bedding, which we only discovered at 10PM when management had closed for the night. Living room ceiling light fixture/fan was non-functional, so the place was pretty dark. Also, the unit we stayed in looked like it had been stripped to furnish adjoining units, which had multiple tables and chairs on their balconies. The only furniture in our unit was a couch, a TV table holding a microwave, one outdoor folding chair and one small patio table, both rusted (management brought one additional folding chair on request.) There was no other place to put our luggage so we were stuck putting our stuff on the floor. Drinking water was down two flights of stairs and we had to provide our own water bottles to fill.

Slight sewer smell from shower drain. I am sure the management will rectify.
