MXthey had a rat infestation, we were going for 2 nights and they had to move us to a different hotel because of the rats, so we left after that night, they said they would reimburse us for both nights but never did

There were little bugs in all the beds, we complained to the owner and they told us that they were little mosquitoes that didn’t bite and they couldn’t do anything to stop them from getting in the room. Not what I wanted to hear during my vacation. Thumbs down

USThe hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool and property are pretty. I think the room could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived, but understand it's hard to clean sand at a beach property. The balcony was large. Wifi worked well as my partner had to work for two days while in San Pancho. This was one of the main reasons we picked here as it seemed to have the best wifi in San Pancho to work remote and it was effective. That said, the room was really too small to work. We had brought in the balcony chair and table and that plus the bed took up the entire room. We were able to check in to our room after reception closed as we arrived really late. Overall, I'd recommend.
