Darker room curtains would have been nice, but it didn't ruin our stay
CAWe really enjoyed the small patio overlooking the pool where we sat each morning to enjoy our coffee. Also, the proximity to the beach and restaurants was within a block away and two blocks to the beach. The hotel also provided beach chairs and an umbrella with a deposit of 400 pesos.
Lack of outlets and storage in the room. There was no counter space in the bathroom and no hooks or shelving to store your toiletries. Also, the room was dark, and bedside lamps would have been nice.
CAYou cannot beat this location - everything you need is within one block, the beach, best tacos in San Pancho, a great breakfast spot, and everything. The hotel is clean, staff are so friendly, pool was lovely. Just fantastic.
San Pancho is not quiet (lol)… if you’re in the top suites, there is open air (screened off) - so you hear loud music at night, chickens and birds throughout the night and especially in the morning. It’s not a bad thing, just good to be aware.
USGuest with baby that cried all day. Mother smoked like a chain and smoke traveled to my terrace and room.
CAUSWe love the location, security was excellent, Nicole was very attentive to our needs, we love that it was close to restaurants and the beach.
The room itself was not very clean. Stains on all of the cushion a, many things were missing from the kitchen like glasses and utensils. It had been raining and there were no Mats to wipe our feet on so had to ask.
CAIt was so central. It quiet at the same time, the beds were really comfy and the staff were extra accommodating.
I wish it were a little bit cheaper but still good value I guess
