Great place to stay if you are able bodied. Aldi round the corner. 15 minute walk to the sea, fairground etc. 30 minutes walk to ferry crossing, however very convenient bus stops to everywhere once you are too tired to walk.

We had a brilliant time but you must be ok with stairs and steps, if you struggle this really is not the place for you.

Great central location, and the host Tim was great. Very spacious property

Self catering. Very suitable location for the purpose of visiting family and participating as a spectator at local parade/ floats/fancy dress. Bing able to park outside apartment was a bonus too as it was free parking, however the lane was full of rubbish and bins full and overflowing ( understand there is a bin men strike)

The courtyard on way into appartment left a lot to be desired, rubble , weeds, broken glass, old bed frame to name a few things lying about. Not ideal if you had small children in town. Hard going with all stairs inside too, kitchen on ground floor, sitting room with dining table and chairs on second floor so up and down the stairs often, most unsuitable for people who are not very fit or mobile, could do with a warning letting people know it's over 3 floors.

Such a warm, homely atmosphere.

Parking can be a slight issue. But was able to park most of the time without too many issues

Close by to amenities, quiet, comfortable.

Our only issue would be about the bathtub mat which did not stick properly in the bath and all three of us had slips and/or falls with it so we ended up not using it at all - it probably needs replaced.

Very welcoming and home from home - we enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious apartment more like a house. Perfect location for visiting family over Christmas and had all the facilities we needed. Great that it was pet friendly. Also great shower pressure.

Bathroom water for bath didn't seem as hot as using the shower. Fine for us but we had a 1 year old with us so used the kettle to heat the bath which took a bit longer.
