Easy access to bus route. Excellent for local amenities.

No handrail on outside steps leading to property, as it was wet and windy. Builders grit and dirt over steps leading to door. Yard looked like builders yard. Cobwebs in a few of the rooms. Wifi mostly un-connectable. Washing hung around everywhere and damp washing in washing basket. Advertisement was not accurate eg it was advertised as having a reception, massage facilities and mini mart on site.

it was very relaxed, and the split levels were great for being about to have space. Also the living area was spacious

there were a couple of nights where the neighbours left through the shared gate and just allowed it to slam shut. my only advice would be to put something on the gate to muffle the sound a little

With mobility problems a hand rail outside and a tidier yard but overall it suited most if our needs...

As said above the indoor and outdoor steps but t should have asked more when I booked

Great apartment, exactly as expected, clean and functional and ideal location

Nothing really, some areas could do with a spruce up but good facilities otherwise

The approach to the flat was disgraceful the gate was unpainted and the lock didn't work the yard was absolutely disgusting bags of rubbish old doors propped up ever a tampon a unused shutter the whole it gave the most unpleasant start to the holiday (to clear the yard would have taken an hour) making the important first impression completely different w

Location was good but not beachfront as stated on booking.com bus service was great into southshilds interchange a bus every 5 minutes

Parking and the back yard, the steps into the property could do with a hand rail
