The fish pond was lovely. There were toilets at the pools.

No reception, no daily cleaning services. It was privately owned apartments and not a hotel.

The lady who checked us in and out was very friendly and efficient! Thankyou. The small apartment was spotlessly clean. The stove worked very well and the pools was refreshing and well maintained. Can highly recommend hiring a scooter to explore the quieter roads of Phuket.

We stayed for 5 nights and unlike many other apartments we have stayed in it was a shame that it lacked that home away from home feel- Not a single tea or coffee sachet upon arrival. Not cleaned once during our 5 night stay. We used the same towel and the same sheets for 5 nights. A tea towel to dry the dishes and a hand towel in the bathroom ( so that I didn’t have to wet my only towel) would have been appreciated. Lucky for us we carry spare toilet paper. Only 2 small bottles of water for 5 nights.

Place is great! Super clean and comfortable. There is a place for everything. The bed is on the harder side but that works for me it seems because I slept great. Pools are clean. Gym is small but enough. The location is a few minutes walk to the beach with great restaurants right on the sand, small shops and water sports. That is pretty much it so if you are looking to see a bunch of things you will need to rent a scooter. Lots of different beach towns and things to see a short ride away as well as Phuket Town.

The apartment was spotless with everything you need, 5 swimming pools and the grounds were manicured immaculately. Anything we needed was sorted very quickly would definitely recommend. Only 5 mins walk to beautiful beach and restaurants

Cleaning only once during a 3 week stay, you can have more but need to pay although not very much

Communication and check in very good, apartment clean, pools and pool areas, well maintained and clean, short stroll to beach. Minimarket opposite, lots of places to eat, especially at the beach.

If anything, lack of sunbeds around the pools, could be annoying at busy times.
