Check in und Check out was good, it was clean as we arrived. Nothing special just normal flat

-A lot of drunk Russians screaming all night long -10 minutes walk to a the beach -the pillow were to big and to hard

Great location- walking distance to beach. Nate was kind and helpful. Great bathroom and shower. Fantastic AC. It gave us everything we needed for a base in Phuket.

The bed was small and extremely hard and uncomfortable - could easily be fixed by adding a mattress topper. The apartment was cleaned very well but chair covers need updated as look old / grubby. More comfortable outdoor chairs.

The location was convenient, within the waking distance to the beach. The condo itself is pretty good too , with several pools and overall looks modern and well kept.

However, the apartment itself was average. The size of the bed is not suitable for Europeans, so my husband and i could not sleep comfortably cause it is too small for 2 people, so keep that in mind while booking. Also, the aircon in our apartment had such a disgusting smell when working it was hard to be inside :( it has not been cleaned for quite some time now. One more thing is that 90% of people staying there are from Russia, so keep that in mind too. On the check out, the host checked the condition of everything including plates and cups, which made me feel really uncomfortable.

Prime location, easy walking distance to the beach (about 10 minutes, but just because getting off the property grounds takes about 5 minutes already, it's quite a big area🙂) Nice apartment, it feels new, with great amenities, like the electric top and the washing machine. Nate, the point of contact is lovely and always ready to help. The gym is small, but well-equipped. Would book again, but prices in December (high season) are almost double. 🥲

There is a surcharge on the room rate for cleaning, but unfortunately it happens only once a week, so I never got to have it. Basically you pay for getting the place cleaned out after you leave, which is a bit weird and honestly it could be spaced more often, at least every 3 days. Thai hotels seem to be obsessed with thick duvets and for people who hate to sleep with the aircon on, it's really not practical. Then again, my stay was great even with the above. A suggestion: an optional breakfast buffet would be a great addition.

Needs more pool loungers and umbrellas. Rooftop pool should be for adults only as advertised.

beautiful property. room was very clean and had everything we needed. outdoor facilities were GORGEOUS and the pools were clean, each pool was unique. we really liked the small pond with the lilly pads and tiny little frogs. the restaurant on site had a ton of options and really good coffees, as well as a gorgeous indoor and outdoor dining space. Very close walk to the beach and shortest drive to the airport. we had a great time!

I wish the steam room had a visible temperature gauge
