great accommodations with adjoining unit for more privacy. nicely decorated and having all what u need to spend nice vacation. close waking distance to beautiful shady beach, restaurants, fruits smoothies etc. the whole complex has 6 beautiful pools, and amazing landscaping between all buildings. communicating with the host or agent very easy and prompt.

the only one that's is somehow bit far from the city or shopping . but small grocery store is very close by. and it's worth to see charming old phuket city center anyway

Flat was not serviced the whole time I was there.

At first, we were hesitant to book this accommodation due to several reviews mentioning noisy Russian tourists. However, during our stay in mid-April, it was quiet, and we had no such issues. The owner is Thai and was easy to contact. It's worth noting that around 90% of the tourists in this area are from Russia. The accommodation itself was excellent: very clean, modern, and well-equipped. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Our room was on the 4th floor with a nice view of the pool. Although there was a construction site nearby, it was barely audible. The deposit was 3,000 Baht or 100 USD/Euros. Conveniently, there were several restaurants and a supermarket just outside the complex. The washing machine functioned well, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage at Building D until 7 p.m. on our departure day, as our flight was quite late.

Lovely apartment, clean and well kept. The location is great, convenient for beach and main road. A very enjoyable stay.

The apartment has a living and a bedroom, providing enough bedding for a family with kids. It is well maintained and clean. Nate, the lady that takes care of it, is quite helpful. There are multiple pools around the complex, which is also very well maintained.

This is a rented apartment, not a hotel, therefore you have no reception desk, no daily cleaning, no towels change, etc. Free toiletries are limited to just a couple of days. Luggage storage before check-in/after check-out is a bit tricky. Window blinds are only semi-opaque. There are multiple house rules, and you have to pay a deposit upon arrival. The building complex is a favorite destination for families with small kids, and is a 11 min walk from the beach via a less-than-flattering alley. The pools inside the apartment complex have very few sun beds laying around.

We were met by a staff and guided into the room. The room was great, it had everything you need. A washing machine was an awesome bonus. The complex is also advanced and consists of several buildings. The location is good, a few stores around and the beach is nearby.

I can't think of anything except it was a bit pricey.
