I am writing to formally request a full refund for our booking on 24 March 2026 Upon our arrival, there was a misunderstanding regarding the maximum occupancy of the property. While we were a group of four, we were informed that only two guests were permitted. As a result of this disagreement, we did not check in and we did not stay at the property. In fact, we were on the premises for less than an hour before leaving. Because we did not utilize the accommodation, and the room was left immediately available for other guests, we are requesting a 100% refund of our payment of R570 Booking Details: โ€ข Guest Name: Esekhaya Mbonda โ€ข Check-in Date: 24 March 2026 We understand that policies are in place for a reason, but keeping the full payment for a stay that never happenedโ€”especially when we vacated immediatelyโ€”is unreasonable. We would like to resolve this quickly and directly.
