Load shedding affected the car gate to open manually. Surely it was temporary hiccup.

Sea view was appealing

Load shedding and noisy generator. Lack of hospitality by owner and inexperienced young staffmember. After long day on the road and driving through informal settlement we did not feel welcomed. Frustrating admin forms to complete. Property exterior needs maintenance. After we cancelled our sub standard accomodation at the pool omongst noisy neighbours we enquired about another room which we had to pay extra for. This was a lengthy and frustrating process late afternoon.

Me and my baby girl slept in a room the locks didn’t work.I didn’t feel safe at all,not knowing who might enter the room at night. Showered with cold water & the baby was crying. The WiFi wasn’t working the whole night till check out time.Their generator was non functioning! From 10 O Clock at night the power went off and I couldn’t breastfeed my baby properly because it was dark,so I used my phones flashlight. They change linen and tidy the room while’s you are in the room.They invade your privacy and do not give you time to rest properly because they make long calls while they are preparing the room in your presence.Bare in mind you are tired,you just want to rest! The staff are not attentive and helpful. They are impatient and care not about the customer.Plus when you call them for help they take their time and arrive in hours. It was such a horrible experience and I don’t recommend anyone else to stay in that property ever!

False advertising dint het what we booked .no power only 1 bed. We had to find alternative accomadation
