Very nicely styled, large 2 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location near the old town, beach, and bus/train stations. Easy collection of keys from office and good communication with Roman and Amaia. Any request was actioned quickly.

We arrived late and had to pick the keys up at locked box the office which was about taxi ride away from the apartment. Instructions were very clear but we needed to convince taxi driver to wait at the office and then take us to the apartment—it all worked out but it’s something to note

Beautiful place, very spacious, love the washer! Location was great! Close to everything!

We didn’t like that keys were at another location and was not close to property. Also, it was hard to open the front/ main entrance door. We also didn’t know what floor or apt number we were staying. I did text and call and they did text me and call me back. When I requested items they did bring it too.

It was very clean and updated. Loved the central location.

Firs of all, the location is just perfect. You're really in the middle point between the old town, the new town, Gros and La Concha. The appartment was very clean, very big and really functional. We adored it! :)

Collecting the keys in a box in Gros is not super convenient. That should be possible at the appartment itself. It's also a bit tricky to open the outside door with the key (you cannot push it all the way in). Further, the appartment could use airco. There were two mobile ventilators, but unfortunately only one worked. Finally, we were missing a rack to hang the clothes to dry after washing.
