Excellent location in San Sebastián. The apartment was spacious and super clean! We extended our stay for an additonal night and the property manager was easy and prompt to respond.

The apartment was spacious and clean in a great location in the city. The company was quick with communication and any extras (pillows/towels) that we needed.

Lack of amenities. The apartment was bare-boned with no salt/sugar/oil.

Great location and a beautifully appointed spacious apartment. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with and responsive to all our questions. Because we arrived earlier than we could check in, the staff kindly stored our luggage and even offered to deliver it to the apartment during the afternoon, allowing us to head out to explore beautiful San Sebastian. The airport bus stops right outside the apartment (however, see below regarding key collection and luggage storage)

The keys had to be collected from an office/reception about a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. This was a slight inconvenience on departure as our luggage was stored at the office 10 minutes away. But overall, a great apartment and experience.

The customer service support from Roman was amazing, he went above and beyond.

Loved everything

The location of the very well equipped apartment which had plenty of room for the 4 of us. 2 lovely bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes. 2 bathrooms, lovely powerful shower and everything you would possibly need in the kitchen and utility room...dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron etc We were only on a 3 night stay but the apartment is ideal for longer stays.

Very little that we didnt like.. We feel there was an oversight made by the cleaners because there wasnt a tea towel left in the apartment.. but plenty of dishcloths, scrubbers and detergents etc. There wasnt any air conditioning but the apartment was cool depite outdoor temperatures of 29°. 2 powerful fans were available in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room

Great sized, decorated and equipped apartment for a family of 4. Located in the middle of San Sebastian; beach, city and old town on the doorstep. The car park was close by too. The guy who showed us to the apartment was really helpful and friendly.

£350 per night! Plus parking £25 per day. Dark bedrooms, no day light. and the shower smelt!

The location was perfect... right next to the Maria Christina Hotel and only a 2-5 minute walk to Old Town and the two main beaches. We stayed only two nights and wished we could have stayed longer.

There wasn't laundry detergent.
