absolutely beautiful mix of contemporary and historic interior features! the floor plan was flexible and worked so very well for three adults (mom and dad and grown son.) among these properties we wanted to stay in the historic side the best…and it was just perfect!

the front door access has a drop down so be careful there…I chose to use the elevator a short ride up. there are light switches to use but may a bit difficult to find. the instructions are good for how to find the unit but be aware that the keys (3 in all) can be confusing at first. getting into the apartment by going into a space shared with another door but it works out fine. this unit hqs neighbors who appear to live in the building full time and while we could hear small noises from’, we were very respectful tor

"This was a great place to stay while in Donostia San Sebastián. I would return any time without hesitation."

The location is great. Walking distance to everything. The apartment is clean and equipped with all modern amenities. Easy key retrieval even at 10:30pm with the instructions shared.

One needs to consider 28euros/ day for parking.

"Great location with some downsides"

great location: close to both beaches, old town, shopping Parking (Okanda) close by (2min on foot)

- both bed rooms without sufficient ventilation: windows went to air shaft covered by roof and used by other inhabitants of the house to smoke - low level of cleaning: hairs of prior inhabitants/cleaners in shower, kitchen table, … washing machine with leftovers - check-in cumbersome: needed to upload documents and fill out long online forms (no automatic reading of information from uploaded documents)
