The CHU cafe / guesthouse

Pet friendly in true meaning of that word. The owner is incredibly understanding of people travelling with pets. Often pet travelling is ok when you have a small dog, I have a German shepherd and she had to stay with me for few days in our journey, Alina couldn't have been more understanding, this was so helpful to me and it took one less problem away in our international journey. I am very grateful.

The location is good, not far from the beach. 7-11 is nearby.

The room gets too much heat through the panoramic windows (the curtains actually, which were closed during my whole stay), and the aircon is too small/weak/old to handle the room of that size, so basically during the day the only place you can be is on the bed under the aircon flow. One day I came from the beach and there was no water due to the shutoff. This has been resolved pretty quickly (they ordered a water carrier). Then, another day there have been a heavy rain in the evening, and suddenly the water started dripping through the ceiling lamp onto the table (where I had some of my electronics btw). There was also leaking from under the windows. Lastly, they have a cafe on the first floor. Had a lunch and a breakfast there, and the food isn't good.

Friendly staff that helps me to order the taxi and explaining everything what is near. Cleaning place. I 100% would recommend it to everyone! And hopefully will come back to Thailand and stay again in the CHU. Thanks a lot 🙏🏽

The room was spacious

The bed was covered in very rough material and I got bad friction burns on both elbows from turning in the night! The room was also extremely noisy. The cafe wasn't open on the first morning and I rarely saw any staff in the building. It didn't feel very welcoming as a solo traveller.

Great staff!! Very polite and the menu was excellent. about a 7 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!!

the location is great, center of everything. walking distance to the beach, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. the owner and staffs are nice and helpful. the room is ok, has everything I need. highly recommend!

perfect location and the staffs

Fairly small room, didn't look quite as nice as the pictures but nice enough. The only problem was that it is right on a busy road so the traffic noise is pretty bad with loud motorbikes going past well into the early hours. Location was good though. Very close to Nai Harn Beach. The cafe below was also nice and the staff were friendly.

Actually, good location and pretty well variant to stay nearby the lake (if you interesting about jogging or evening walks with your sweethearts) and of course one the best beach in Phuket - Nai Harn. Everything is included in Hotel. Pretty and kind owner, who could answer any of your question or manage with some problems. Recommend this place.
