The CHU cafe / guesthouse

Stylish and clean place! Very convenient that you can get delicious breakfast&coffee from the cafe. The smoothie bowls were amazing, as well as the savory dishes. Location is great, near the beaches and restaurants. The host and the staff are very sweet!

The accommodation was very cool, 15 minutes walk to the beach, there is a very tasty cafe downstairs. The hostess is very good, she helped us in everything ❤️

The host was friendly and kind upon arrival. The location is considered not bad, since its very near to Nai Harn Beach and there are some restaurants nearby, but not on the main street of Nai Harn with the most restaurants and shops. I love the cafe opposite (didnt get to try the guesthouse's cafe)

The biggest problem was: the room was NOT SOUNDPROOF at all, the noise isolation was so poor, you could literally hear everything from the street as if you were sleeping on the street. I've slept in many accommodations that are next to the main street and am aware that i booked a room next to street, but this is the worst that ive ever encountered regarding noise. No assistance was provided, not even trying to accommodate the issue and just brushed off saying they checked the window. I booked 4 nights and left after 2 nights because it was that horrible (even not getting any refund back). Bed was not the comfiest as well, it felt like it was so slept through, that it felt a bit sunk. In the pictures, there was a desk in a room (which was necessarily for me as i need to work and the reason why i booked the room) but when i was there it was blocked by the bed, because a lot of guests didnt like how the bed was initially placed, so they moved the bed in front of the desk blocking the desk and they gave a tiny terrace-kind of table as replacement which does not fit for the purpose (yes, i didnt use it because i checked out earlier). I would never recommend this place.

We stayed 4 nights at the CHU guesthouse, got upgraded to the bigger room on the 3d floor. The hotel looks very new and modern, I liked the light design, its full of light. Our room was very cute and I specially loved the huge panoramic window! The staff was very friendly and helpful, we got some nice tips about sightseeing in Phuket. The location is perfect, 15 minutes walk to Nai Harn beach, walking distance to numerous restaurants and supermarkets. There is a cafe downstairs, a big advantage is that it has a little playground for small babies! The place is pet friendly as well. Our total experience was nice, I recommend staying at the CHU guesthouse! Thank you!
