Idiakez - Basque Stay

Good location and clean. Quiet from outside noise.

Very poor communication. Answers did not address questions asked or were simply ignored. Check-in process with picking up keys in a location 0.4 mile from bus station and another 0.4 mile to actual unit, while lugging luggage, was trying. Because of layout, noise in bedrooms from kitchen and bathroom was highly noticeable, as was slamming door and other noise from neighbor across hallway.

Well positioned in town.

Be warned this apartment is well positioned but you pay for it. Firstly you have to walk 15 minutes away to go and collect the key from the managing agent. Not great with bags. They could install a digital key or key lock at the apartment building like most others do. Also you only get the basics in the apartment. No coffee, tea or other cooking basics. The apartment is also a bit tired. For the money I have seen a lot better. Service wise, not good enough.

The position is good for access to the beach and the old town and Pintxos bars. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding good. It was bright and clean, although the heater in the bathroom needed cleaning.

This property had a corporate rather than homely feel, and there were no extra items like coffee pods, water, salt or pepper provided. The communication prior to arrival was problematic as links never worked, and on the day we arrived the computer for access to keys was not functioning. We thought it expensive for what you got.

Location is perfect in several minutes walk from the sea-front. There were 2 separate bedrooms which was pretty convenient:)

The kitchen chairs have too high legs, as a bar stools which is completely uncomfortable:( Also the kitchen was decently equipped, there was not a single teaspoon in there, only tablespoons. I wrote about it at once to the responsible person, but my message was ignored:(

Fantastic location close to the old town, beach and shopping. Stayed with our toddler. Two bedroom apartment.

More information could have been provided about where to put the garbage
