Location!

Nothing! 3 Floors with Kitchen & TV Lounge Area on the 3rd Floor were no issue for us, although it would be an issue for someone with limited mobility.

Location was fab. The host was communicative and explained everything we needed to know. The house was spotless and surprisingly quiet for a city centre location. If it's available next time we stay in Brighton, we'll stay there again.

We were pre-warned, so were expecting this, the garage is tiny. We just managed to squeeze the car in there through a hair raising act of heroic parking. If you own anything bigger than a Seat Leon, it isn't going in. The host provides the dimensions of the garage. Read them and then measure your car 😊

Brilliant location, 5 mins walk from the train station & 2 mins to the lanes. Managed to park our car in the garage which was quite tight, but our host sent dimensions so we knew well in advance. Bedrooms were spacious & really comfortable. Livingroom & kitchen was well equipped with tea/coffee/milk provided with a Nespresso machine & pods! Host was really friendly & made us feel welcome as we booked at short notice. Would highly recommend & definitely stay here again

Perfect location, very clean, comfortable beds, cupboard was stocked with basics and milk in fridge etc, great price for central Brighton!

Ground floor was difficult to warm up. Also didn’t like that the living room and kitchen were on the top floor- but that’s because I’m a bit lazy!
