Apartment inside is excellent, nothing but good things to say once inside! Extremely clean and well maintained, location is very central to everything so very convenient.

The lane leading to the apartment is very dark and quite scary at night time. Also, it is very noisy at night as there is a 24 hour off license directly outside the apartment so lots of people outside all night long.

Very noisy, lots of drunk noise. Needs double glazing or noise block. Shower pressure was abysmal

The apartment was lovely and clean in a perfect central location. We had to walk down the street and was immediately at the sea front. Perfect facilities everything you need.

The accommodation was very difficult to find it was tucked in a little corner and the instructions were not clear on getting in. We had to ask a local shop on the street and they said many other people have this problem too.

Good modern spacious flat in a great location for the Lanes and very close to the sea

It's right by a rock club which plays very loud music until late, 2am on Saturdays, and really noisy as a result as the soundproofing isn't good.

Clean, pleasant, nice beds

Noise from outside made sleep very difficult. Needs double glazing.

The location of the property is Excellent and the apartment has a lot of natural light screaming in. We unfortunately faced a lot of issues.

We faced issues with the WiFi dropping , hot water getting over and also issues with the heating system . The day we arrived one of the window blindsin the bedroom was broken , it was fixed only after 5 days of our stay.

Right in the center of Brighton

If you have a car, you should not stay here. It’s very expensive

Great location and the flat is spacious and modern. Dishwasher, washing machine and clothing iron a very big plus. The radiators were warm and efficient since the windows only had one layer of glass.

Low pressure in the shower and the single bed in the 2nd bedroom was a bit narrow. The street entrance is narrow and dark.

Excellent location. Clean, airy apartment.

Noisy at night in the front bedroom, due to proximity to bars in the Lanes.
