The location, cleanliness, the service, facilities, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, the agency, cozy atmosphere, close to the busstop, train station, shops and restaurants. Also close to the beach.

It can be really loud in the front room. If you are a sensitive sleeper like me you ll need earplugs. Back room is really quiet however.

The property was beautiful and homely. Very airy and after locating it was close to all nearby facilities. Very clean and beautiful

Unfortunately the windows in the apartment were very draughty and the radiators in the bathroom and the twin bedroom weren't working, a little disappointing.

Perfect location for our family weekend trip to Brighton. Busstation from Gatwick super close. Pier, Beach, Restaurants, Cafes, shops, old town everything around the apartment. Beds very comfy. It was also great to have a washing machine/ tumbler.

Saturday night people on the street were noisy. But we expected some noise as we chose to be in such a central spot.

Beautiful apartment very centrally located. Good communication from the agency which host the apartment, they have their own ap which covers pretty much everything you need to know. It has everything you need for a nice stay and i would undoubtedly return.

Not negatives necessarily but things to bear in mind - the central location means it can be quite noisy at night. If you like to have the windows open it could cause an issue. Also, Brighton is not a cheap place to park, so if you travel by car its worth factoring in the additional expense (we parked at Trafalgar St - around 15 mins walk away and £26 for 24 hrs). There are 3 combination doors to gain access, you get the codes from the agency on the day of arrival.
