Seafront Apartment with Garden

Location and living room space and access to Brighton via bus was class and good dinning room space and facilities.

Beds very uncomfortable, wouldn’t recommended if traveling without a dog as we both found it affected our sinuses negatively.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about the accommodation. It is located in the basement, cold and dirty.

The dishes are disgusting because there is no dishwasher, and it seems the previous guests didn’t wash them properly. The faucets are loose and constantly dripping. The light above the stove doesn’t work. You can hear constant stomping noises from the floor above. The extra bed was a disaster. We left two days early because the children felt so uncomfortable. Communication with the host is also difficult – he either responds very late or not at all. Booking.com, of course, provided no support whatsoever.

no hot water for 2 days, Host only decided to try and get it fixed on the day I was leaving , wasn't convenient as Was checking out. Couldn't get ready to go out for dinner so had to hang around 2 days till we went home. Only offered £50 Which is Insulting when it costs 580. Great place till it goes wrong be prepared to be let down by host. Stayed many times overlook the fact it didn't have everything you need in cupboards one wine glass , No ice box, Noisy neighbors upstairs if you likes sleep do not stay here.

This property is very nice and is exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with. It's in a great location, both on the seafront and only a short walk into the center of town.
