The property was close to all of the nightlife and beach.

The property is great!

The location was perfect, at the heart of Zona Romántica, great restaurants, the beach and everything you need is in walking distance.

Our only recommendations would be to provide some extra towels and maybe a recommendation for laundry places. The TV was in an awkward spot and did not seem to connect well to other devices. No worries though, these recommendations did not hinder our enjoyment of our stay here!

Location was great. Rooftop was amazing!

We were locked out and no one could help because the front attendant doesn’t deal with rentals. The property company wasn’t getting back to us either. Eventually an hour later they finally responded at 10PM. The lock is crappy and doesn’t work half the time. This needs to be fixed. The WiFi is really slow. Not strong enough for two devices and barely enough for one device. There is no cellular reception with in the building. One night we got locked out because the code lock stopped working. We spent an hour trying to get into contact with the owner. We were about to look for another hotel for the night before she finally responded. The pool is great! The reception people are great although their job is not to deal with renters.

Una parte totalmente esencial para tener una estancia exitosa es la cama para descansar. Por favor consideren seriamente cambiar el colchón, fueron noches muy incómodas, se sienten los resortes, despertabamos adoloridos de la espalda.

Location, cleanliness , newer , nice staff

Internet was Spotty at best , tv was terrible finally got a program on Netflix . Could not get any local channels at all . Mattress not comfortable, no comfy area to relax other than the bed . Very noisy

The location was excellent! Right in the Heart of the Zona Romantica. Only a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The highlight was the amazing rooftop infinity pool. Absolutely amazing. The property was very clean and the security downstairs was very friendly and helpful.

Other reviews mentioned the bed was very hard. It wasn't a problem for us but it was on the harder side. We felt we slept fine on it. The only other issue/thing to be aware of is that the guard rails in the building in the hallway and the rooftop are not super strong structures. I would not recommend this building to a family with children as that aspect of it didn't seem safe for non-adults. As stated in other reviews there is not view or windows the outside as this is an inward facing unit but that didn't bother us as the main attraction was the rooftop views.

Great location, near restaurants and nightlife. Rooftop pool area is great, especially sunset time. Friendly front desk staff

Property is listed as a 1 bedroom, however it is a studio with basic amenities and no shower soap or shampoo provided. Internet service went down and was very slow when it did work. The owner was away and gave us a number to contact, however it took almost 12 hours for to respond and never resolved the internet issue. Overall very poor response.
