LOFT VIEW SEA The best ubication at 5th AV

El lugar es hermoso,super cómodo, superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. La terraza tiene una vista increíble. Volveremos.

Le rooftop est un des plus beau que j’ai vu à Playa del Carmen . L’entretient et la propreté de cet immeuble est vraiment bien .

Pas la première fois que nous séjournons dans cet immeuble . Nous étions dans le 504 . Nous sommes arrivés et ils n’y avait pas d’eau et ni électricité . Dû au manque de communication avec l’hôte , on a juste réussit à retablir le problème vers 20:30 le soir et nous étions là à 15:00 . L’eau ainsi que l’électricité avait été fermé à partir du panneau électrique au sous sol . Il y avait de la nourriture dans le réfrigérateur donc plein de moisissures. La vaiselle dans les armoirs n’étaient pas propre , tiroir à ustensiles plein de miettes . la salle de bain n’était vraiment pas propre . Tu pouvais voir que la douche n’avait pas été laver . le drain de fonctionnait pas . Il y avait au moins 3 pouces d’eau sale qui flottait dans le fond de la douche . J’ai avisé l’hôte qui ne fesait rien . Il a envoyé une madame la 3 ième journée alors que pour avoir une salle de bain fonctionnelle, nous avons dû aller chercher du draino pour tuyauterie et déboucher le drain nous même et aussi du désinfectant pour laver la salle de bain . C’est pas ma première fois dans cet immeuble et j’avais 2 studios de réserver cette fois ci et mon 2 ième studio était super comparer à celui-ci . La cuisine aurait pû être mieux équipée .

It wasn’t clean, did have any bottle of drinkable water, safety box wasn’t working.

A/C and TV both failed during our stay. Owner took care of A/C but wasn't very responsive about the TV. Comfortable room but the lighting was horrible. Pleased overall but those issues definitely took away from the experience

Loved that the property was right on 5th ave, close to all the restaurants/bars/shops. Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful towards us. The apartment is above a nightclub with load music (which is to be expected being so close to the tourist strip) that did not annoy us at all we still had a peaceful sleep at night.

The only downsides to the property was that the TV did not work during our stay but we didn’t mind as we only tried to watch it one night and the shower drain could use cleaning as it was blocked during our stay.

TV was not working. I informed the owner and he didn't care. The price is too high considering the cost/benefit.

Great location, could walk everywhere including the beach, restaurants, bars, and street food

My only complaint was the room wasn’t cleaned before we checked in but it was fixed within an hour. Honestly had the best experience here and would stay here again

The rooftop deck and the pool were really cool and had a nice view. Great location next to 5th avenue.

Small bathroom, some things were damaged and the noise was quite bad (on the weekend).
