Location ia perfect just at the corner of fifth avenue. Appartment with all facilities like rooftop pool is great.

During night can be a bit loud as just in the street is night club. There was a problem with the sink and shower as water would not go away. This shouldn not happen as this appartment is high end property and you expect not to have this kind of issues when paying more.

"Great Comfy stay at great location"

This place is a diamond! Brand new building and apartment on the 5th floor. Great location around the corner of 5th Avenue. In weekends you do hear some music, but it stops early enough to sleep well. Amazing rooftop pool with view! The apartment is nice decorated, has a balcony, AC, towels, rainshower H/C, equipped kitchen, free water dispenser with hot and cold water, big comfy bed, sofa and big smart TV. Just everything you need to make you feel home. Communication with the owner is easy by whatsapp (speaks English) and entrance is with doorcodes (no keys). I had a great stay and would recommend this place to friends for sure.
