Location and rioom were great

A little noisy at night

The location is perfect for walking, close to 5th Avenue, the beach, and a good grocery store on the back street. I had an issue with the apartment and Oscar resolved it the next morning. The apartment has everything you will need for a few days: kitchen, fridge, stay room, bedroom, balcony, safety, rooftop with gym and swimming pool is really good. The building car parking is definitely a challenge the first time you park your car there, if renting a car, I'd recommend taking a hatch car type, easier for maneuvering. The apartment also has pretty good decoration.

The parking is very tight, you will need to find the "sweet spots" to turn the wheel and leave the parking without sweating, it will be just the first time. Definitely, the disco beside the building is something unpleasant, other than that, my rate would be definitely higher. It affected my sleep, so consider an earplug to sleep better.

Bad Wifi, TV did not work.

Easy check on and out. The gym was a nice added touch. Great location

Sauna wasn’t working

the apartment was lovely. very clean and well appointed. comfy bed. nice roof pool and gym and sauna were perfect

the showers hot water was less than ideal. the drainage of both the shower and the toilet were upsetting

Great communication with the host who was always around and available to help with questions. The apartment is beautifully furnished and feels new and fresh. The pool area was always kept immaculately clean by the friendly staff.

The only negative was the noise from the bar next door which went on until late. Bring ear plugs!

Location was great close to 5th but not too close. Entry codes rather than keys so that is great. Room had everything you need. We really liked the rooftop pool and gym. Great way to spend some time on a hot afternoon. There is shade on parts of it and usually a breeze.

Wifi was intermittent. We had to keep resetting the router. People say this room is quiet. That may have been before a nightclub opened downstairs. The music is muted but the bass thumps till 2:30am. Gotta be honest on that one.

Parking

Fantastic location! Steps away from the very lively Fifth Avenue with scads of restaurants and nightlife, but just removed enough to be a bit quieter. Very comfortable king bed, well-equipped kitchen, with a full-size fridge, and the rooftop pool is a delight. Excellent security and staff.
