The location and view are fabulous. It is a really good size for a family and has everything you need.

Very minor - no cabinet in second bathroom.

-Sewer stunk on the dining room at night -upper level room could not be used. Too hot, no window, no air cond in this room (my kids slept on the living room. -outdated kitchen with doors not really closing, with limited supplies. -first day we arrived the toilet flush was not working (they fixed the problem on the same day) -wifi was a challenge. Almost none. We had to use our phones for work and plan other activities (booking places and flights online) and wifi was always breaking (when we finally got them eventually. -air cond. Didn’t turn off. We bought new batteries thinking that could be it but it wasn’t.

Location is superb with large balcony overlooking the beach with lovely sunrises. Kitchen has all basic amenities - pots/pans/cutlery/crockery. AC works well. Layout of the apartment is very good with the bedrooms nice and separate from the living area. Lift.

Very tatty - needs a lot of work. Cracks in every wall and kitchen kickboards crumbling. Front bedroom is noisy. Water pressure in the bathroom sinks is rubbish (but showers are fine oddly enough). Problem wasn’t fixed for 48 hours - we weren’t kept in the loop that no one was coming that day and had to follow up the next day to find out what was going on (the blind broke the first night so my mother was woken at 5am by the sun streaming into the room). No rubbish disposal on site - have to take it down the road (this wasn’t a problem - just good to know)

The location was perfect. The balcony was so large that we had sunshine all day long. The view of the bay from the balcony was stunning. It was very private, not overlooked or overlooking anyone else, with ample outdoor furniture, a dining table and chairs, relaxing settee and armchairs and two sun loungers.

The interior needs renovating, especially the kitchen. The cupboard doors above the sink are falling off, and stick out so far that you can’t stand in front of the sink and reach in to wash dishes. There was a minimal supply of plates, dishes, glasses (we bought some more!), cutlery. The spiral staircase up to the mezzanine second bedroom is very dodgy, with wobbly stairs, no handrail, the fuse box sticking out at you and gaps you could fall into. Up there, the slanty ceiling was very low. Also, we arrive late, at around 10.30pm, and there was no welcome pack, not even a bottle of drinking water, which you need in Majorca!

Loved the location, loved the layout of the apartment, loved the balcony & view. Great for a blended family with enough separate spaces. The apartment was clean and there was a good provision of towels. A really nice touch was the wine, eggs, cheese, bread, coffee etc on arrival

The place is a bit tired. The kitchen particularly is shabby with doors & drawers that don’t close. We didn’t cook, but there wasn’t many utensils. The kitchen door has a handle missing and all of the doors are stiff to close. The shower in the en-suite doesn’t drain properly, the toilet leaked really badly and we had to turn the water off. The boiler doesn’t provide enough hot water for 5 people to have showers consecutively. The most disappointing thing was despite staying for 11 nights, we didn’t have any change of bedding, towels, or a clean during that time meaning that by the end of the stay, I had to buy bleach and clean the toilets myself and the towels & sheets were really grubby.

The location was great and the sea view stunning.

The Anita flat we had been allocated (Flat 1) was extremely dated and not fit for rental with broken flooring, temporary plastic flooring, broken ceiling tiles, cracked mirrors, broken sinks, glass doors that would not open, stained and badly worn indoor furniture and broken outdoor furniture. We moved accommodation as soon as possible as the local agent agreed it was not upto standard and we requested the property be removed from listings to prevent others having the same experience. The other apartment was much better and cheaper although it was a challenging process to get a refund.

tired decor. not cleaned to a suitable standard. bird droppings on all of the patio furniture. dirty cutlery and crockery. clothes and bag left in the drawer from previous guests. Worst of all, all 3 of us have bed mite bites and nobody has come back to me with any suitable compensation. Terrible accommodation and service. My 4 year old daughter has 7 bites on her face. These are bed mite bites, not mosquitoes.
