Balcony space Location

Cupboards, wardrobes and drawers are old and badly fitted. Bedside shelves need to be bigger. Glasses were dirty. Generally, not very clean. Bathroom needs refurbishment. Balcony was noisy from (extractor fan?) from Daina Hotel all day.

Location and view over the bay

Poor condition of building and contents . Insufficient sun loungers ( 2 for 4 people ) Damaged external sofa . Both reported on first day but no action taken to correct . Kitchen floor tiles patched over.

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the beach/sea. Very comfortable beds,spacious apartment with all amenities. JS Properties were extremely helpful with any of our enquiries. A great quality travel cot was provided for our baby. Port de Pollenca is a beautiful town with lots of wonderful restaurants and manynof the bars had music despite not being in high season. Great relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend this apartment and Port de Pollenca.

Due to the central location we could hear the music at night. Most places were playing live music until about 12am, it didn't bother us but might bother traveller's who like an early night.

The kitchen, bathroom and furniture are very dated

As always the position right on the front, balcony overlooking the beach, spar shop about 100m away

Location is perfect, right on the promenade and facing a beautiful sandy beach. Access is easy via a lock box and the apartment provides most of the amenities you need (towels, washing machine, dishwasher, TV etc.)

It's expensive for what it is and you're paying for the location. The apartment is rather tired overall and the standard was disappointing for the (considerable) price point. Balcony doors don't open/close properly, main bathroom door is warped so is difficult to open, ripped curtains in living room, old leather furniture, broken lamp bulbs, very dated kitchen fittings etc. All small things which could be easily remedied with some care and attention.

The location was great just a touch noisy for the last two nights. Air conditioning was excellent in all rooms. Lovely a spacious and beds a good size. Well equipped.

Air conditioning unit on the balcony made it impossible to sit out there because it was hot. Maybe could be switched with the in box on the back.

Location couldn't be beaten, balcony has a fantastic view.

Water collected in the shower tray, and took a while to drain.

The location was perfect with stunning sea views and central for everything 👌

Electricity supply didn't like having too much on whilst drying hair but apart from that everything was fabulous
