Anita Apartments

The view was fantastic. Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds.

Interior shabby. Decor not great. Sparse furnishing had all seen better days. Kitchen and bathroom in need of up- dating. Only 1 bedside light each room. Poor quality appliances.

Spacious and plenty of seats. Lovely view, great terrace.

a lack of kitchen equipment, eg 3 forks etc. crockery and glass needed cleaning before use. The position of the sink was very difficult to use. We were there for10 days and there was no changing of linen even though it was stated that this would happen if staying for linger than a week.

Location.

Apartment was not clean. There was a hole in the ceiling in the family bathroom. Smell of damp in this bathroom. In the kitchen one of the kicker boards had a hole in it as if something had eaten through it. The third bedroom (two single beds) did not appear in any photos on any site. This bedroom appeared to be a corridor with partition walls to make it a a bedroom.

Great location, great size

It’s really basic. No luxury or comfort - plain walls, basic furnishings. Main bathroom really needs replacing - the bath is dirty and rusty. Fridge in kitchen also grubby and old looking. Kettle needs replacing. Fixtures in bedrooms and tatty.

Superb location in the best part of Pollensa (in our opinion) amongst the many seafront restaurants and bars along Pine walk. Amazing views across the bay could be enjoyed on a great size terrace complete with tables, chairs, and sunbeds. The apartment was clean and we found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. The aircon was great when required and the kitchen was well equipped with good quality and quantity of plates, bowls, glasses, bin bags etc. A decent dishwasher and washing machine also had detergents provided, which was a nice touch. All in all, we had an excellent stay and should also add that the staff at J S Properties were very friendly and helpful at all times, which added to the experience.

Nothing worthy of note.

It's central and a great location and spacious. With the location comes some noise (music in the evening and street noise in the morning).

The main issue was the property stunk of cigarette smoke from previous guests. Really over-powering and disgusting. A bit more generosity with things like toilet roll, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets would have been appreciated for the money we paid. The property would benefit from a handy man visit. The main bedroom wardrobe is falling apart so we lived out of suitcases. Same with kitchen cupboards. Patio umbrella needs binning.
