Everything one needs when visiting. Helmut was very friendly and helped us with all we needed and more! Apartment is fully equipped.

La amabilidad de los anfitriones, Irina y Helmut.La decoración del apartamento muy bonita, todo nuevo,no le faltaba detalle, la cama muy cómoda , la cocina completa con todo lo necesario.El apartamento también tiene balcón con una mesita y dos sillas muy cómodas donde se estaba muy agradable.El baño también muy bonito y limpio, destaco la limpieza de todo el apartamento. La ubicación es perfecta, caminando esta todo cerca, a nada de la plaza del charco , muy cerca también le la playa Jardín y aún así la zona es muy tranquila, apenas se oyen ruidos.Otra de la cosas por la que nos vamos encantados es que aceptan mascotas,muy importante hoy en día,nuestra perrita se sintió como en casa.En fin, una estancia de dos noches de 10 .Volveremos repetir seguro, gracias a Irina y Helmut por su amabilidad y buen trato.

Aparte de la buenisima ubicación, el apartamento tiene todo tipo de comodidades y lo que puedas necesitar para unos días de descanso. Los dueños súper atentos en todo momento.

-El apartamento está muy bien, se encuentra en una zona tranquila pero a su vez muy cerca de la plaza del Charco. Ideal para dar un paseo por la tarde después de una jornada fuera visitando la isla ;) -Tiene todo tipo de menaje, lavadora, aire acondicionado. -Anfitrión muy pendiente y atento. -Plaza de aparcamiento gratis en el mismo alojamiento, esto es un plus! (es quizás algo incómoda cuando otras personas ajenas al propietario y alojamiento, dejan su coche mal aparcado en la acera)

Por decir algo, pero a nivel de mejora: -El colchón y las almohadas no nos resultaron cómodas, es cierto que quizás es algo muy personal.

My girlfriend and I have been overwhelmed by basically everything in this flat. Extremely clean, (everything looks practically new) and equipped with all you need (air conditioner, oven, and even a little dishwasher). Also the surrounding streets and neighborhood are super quiet. The owner is the kindest and smoothest lessor I've ever had, and does a fantastic job! They seemingly put their whole heart into those studios. Seriously, just wow. This is the first time for me to ever give a 10 points review, but they more than earned it. :)

It was all clean and quiet , relaxing close to stores, restaurants ,beach ,and children attractions Loro Park nearby. Our host Helmut was great very helpful, attentive, kindness and good service. He makes us feel like home.

Centrally located in a quite side street with free parking directly next to the apartment – a bit tight, but manageable. The apartment is nicely furnished and fully equipped with everything you need (including a washing machine, iron, and bath slippers). Water, sparkling wine, and coffee were provided. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to any requests. The town itself is rather small – in our opinion, one to two nights are sufficient to explore the area and enjoy the available activities.

Unfortunately, the conversations from the neighbors were easy to understand. We were told this will be fixed soon. The bed was a bit unstable and small. The host offered to adjust the firmness of the mattress (which we took advantage of), it still wasn't that comfortable.
