This has to be the easiest booking ever. Where do I start? Well, my wife and me were looking for a two night stay somewhere close to the main square in central Puerto del la Cruz and the Fantastico apartments popped up in our on-line search. The images and descriptions fitted exactly and so we booked. From this point onwards was so seamless. We received very welcoming messages from Helmut and Irina, whom just want to please and provide the very best for their guests. They sent a link to Google Maps which guided us via voice commands through the city streets directly to the front of the Fanstasico apartments [# 1-4]. We received clear and concise dedicated parking instructions together with how to retrieve the keys from a secure lockbox specially coded only for us. They made it all so easy for us. We stayed in apt 4. and upon entry we were taken aback with delight. It was absolutely spotless! A studio that had everything you can think of to make your stay perfect. Lovely decor and interesting artwork throughout the studio gave a welcoming atmosphere and everything you need is readily available. The kitchen area is loaded with all you need from pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc modern hob, even a coffee machine, all spotlessly clean and tidy. The large bathroom, again, has everything you need for a short stay, and the large walk-in shower is simply bliss. The main studio area is fitted out so professionally with a/c, TV, wardrobe, small sofa and double bed which was extremely comfortable. An abundance of electric sockets throughout and even USB charging points. The whole experience was topped with a complimentary bottle of Champagne, such a lovely touch. Honestly, if you ever need a place to stay, The Fantasico apartments have all you'll need! and more! It's a 10/10 from us. Rik and Sandra. Lancashire. UK

We loved this apartment! It’s exactly as shown in the photos, with a friendly host and reserved parking for all rooms, plus reliable WiFi. The room is well-thought-out, including even the smallest items you might need but wouldn’t pack for a trip. The location is great for walking to the city, beach, or supermarket — though we ended up driving everywhere instead! Highly recommended!

Expensive 2 nights

Everything! Very friendly, easy, and instant communication with the owners. Due to unforseen circumstances on our holiday we needed to look for last minute accommodation. Luckily, Fantastico was available, and we were booked and in the apartment within 2 hours! Beautiful accommodation with a balcony, all essential ammenities provided, clean, bright and close to the centre of Puerto but in a quiet street. Will definitely stay again! My only wish is the bed being a little bigger, but that's only because my partner and I both like to stretch out. Bed was comfortable though! Really liked the two separate duvets too, nice touch!

Excellent communication, the apartment was furnished to a high standard and was spotless, and in an ideal location close to the town centre, seafront, and some great restaurants. Private car parking an added bonus. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, will certainly book again and can absolutely recommend.

Only booking for four days. It's definitely worth a longer stay.
