Fantastic apartment in a perfect location in the centre. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Everything was well maintained. The private parking is definitely a big bonus. The hosts were also brilliant with their communication and did everything they could to ensure our stay was comfortable. We stayed in apartment 2. The balcony at the front of the property was a lovely spot to sit and have a drink and enjoy the scenery. I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect. We loved everything.

Most important for us - a car parking space, something in very short supply in the area. Excellent location, in a quiet street but very close to all amenities, the seafront, good restaurants and bars, a couple of basic shops nearby. Bed comfortable, the owner very attentive via WhatsApp. Shower good, plenty of hot water. Well equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, hob and oven. Plenty of information about the apartment and the surrounding area. And thanks for the welcoming bottle of fizz..!

We found the kitchen somewhat cramped, but perfectly ok for making breakfast. Plenty of cooking equipment, but would have like a decent bread knife. I'm sure the owner would have found us one if we'd asked, he was very helpful.

The location was excellent. The facilities were great. The kitchen well equipped and the terrace and parking a real bonus. Helmut was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Lovely apartment which looked as though it had been recently refurbished. Excellent facilties, clean and comfortable. Location is good and car parking available on-site which is a bonus. Only a 6 min walk into Plaza del Charco and its many restaurants. Mini Supermarket nearby.

Our apartment was at the back of the building and had a relatively large terrace area which was well furnished and private. It did though face into a large vacant site which was a bit overgrown which didn't add to the experience.

Great location, with many cafes and restaurants around. Nice amenities, including for making coffee and tea, doing laundry and cooking. Enjoyed having the garden area and balcony. Communication and check-in/checkout were very smooth as well as parking.

The hot water in the shower was limited. At some point it would run out and stay cold. Easy to hear from the neighbours and from outside.

Private parking was a huge plus in Tenerife and in that location. We booked the appartment before we search what was around, and we were very lucky as the location was indeed perfect: a lot of shops, restaurants around, loro park is reachable by foot so you save 7€ on parking. The owners very friendly and provide all the necessary information. In the apartment you can also find every small detail you could possible need, so that surprised us in a good way.

A few improvements that could be done in the future: better soundproof (we could hear every cough in the next door appartment). One of the blue blankets was probably not washed in sometime because it had some smell.

Fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Modern, clean appartments. Perfect quiet location only a few blocks from the city center with many bars and restaurants. Beach nearby, 5 min. walking. Sunbathing on the roof. Big adventage - private parking on site. Owners communicate on 100% and are ready to help you with everything.
