Beautiful little complex apartment on the ground floor with the pool right outside and in a lovely quiet location only a few minutes walk from the main strip and beach

Nothing it was perfect for our stay

The woman who checks you in is really nice, I had to go home a day early and she offered a refund for the extra day which she didn't need to do but was a nice gesture.

Bed needs updating, really loud and uncomfortable. Noisy neighbours but this isnt the apartments fault maybe I just got unlucky with some loud neighbours.

Will stay again no problem 🌟

I've been to Lanzarote loads so know PdelC well. This was such a pleasant place to stay. It was lovely and clean but I also liked how basic cleaning stuff was left for me to use too like washing up liquid, sponges etc. There was also basic stuff like salt and oil for cooking which is nice as this is not always the case in self-catering. It was a lovely little touch, including a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. I also liked the big fridge. I really liked the location. It may be too far away from the activity but this didn't bother me at all. In fact it was lovely to come back to a quiet space in what appears to be a residential area. Besides it's 5 mins down the hill to the beach and bars etc. There are loads of supermarkets etc all close by. I can see for some people they would find it too far and the hill up was a killer! But good to work off the ice creams! It was just what I was after for a couple of days break in the sun. Also the little patio area out the front was great. Could have breakfast and read my book. There were two umbrellas/sun protectors for the area in the flat which was also very welcome. Plus having a pool right there to cool off was also such a bonus. I got texted the gate and key codes with a very simple and clear instructions on the day of my arrival. Even a wee video so no excuse. I didn't have any issues that meant I needed to contact staff but they were very pleasant and helpful in the WhatsApp messages when giving me the key codes etc . So I had every confidence that if an issue had arrisen, it could have been sorted. It was also a really lovely size for a self catering holiday stay. And the air conditioning in the bedroom was a lovely addition but didn't really need it in February where it's warm but not unbearable heat. There was also loads of pillows

It's a very minor thing but there was no microwave. However, I was informed of this before my arrival that an issue had been discovered and so it was away for repair. Bit annoying but at least I was warned in advance and shows that they take care of the property. The bed is very squeaky

A fantastic apartment with all the necessary amenities, a great location, and a very helpful host. We would definitely choose this place again for future visits.

The bed provided a decent level of comfort, though a slightly softer/more supportive mattress could enhance the experience 🙏🏻

The apartment was lovely and even the bed was a proper double bed (most other places only have 2 single beds side by side). The location is fantastic only a 5 minute walk to the centre but also within a 5-10 minute walk of the old town also. Valentina (point of contact) was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my trip.
