Cristian Puerto del Carmen Los Delfines

The location is very close to the Old Town, Puerto Del Carmen, with a possible 15 minutes walk. On approach to the Old Town, you pass by Biosfera Plaza Shopping Center. There is also a Hiper-Dino supermarket within 5-7 minutes walk from Los Delfines and Lidl is also within a short walk. Getting to the new town is also a short ramble from Los Delfines, with a little trip down Cardiac Hill. But also with a small fare in a taxi (€3.50/€4.00) you will find yourself within the New Town in a matter of minutes. The owner of the property (Francesco) was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and on the occasions that i needed to speak/message with Francesco, replies and response time was exceptional. So, thank you again Francesco.

As a big lover of Lanzarote and specifically Puerto Del Carmen, there is nothing about this piece of heaven that i do not like. Okay, maybe the hike back up Cardiac Hill to Los Delfines. But that is not really a negative. If you enjoy keeping the legs in shape, then it is more a positive.

Everything and as a solo traveller I felt very safe there .

Everything was perfect, the location really near the main strip and the old town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The apartment was spotless , has everything I needed for cooking. The washing machine was a nice touch so only needed to bring a small bag with me. The point of contact was so friendly and really helpful throughout. The complex was really quiet and secure. I will definitely be returning

Very good location, nice and clean swimming pool outside.

Camping metal frame bed in apartment - not very comfortable. Water pump station just on the other side of the fence/wall - very noisy at night.

big fridge, decent kitchen, washing machine, good shower. smart tv.

pretty tatty, including uneven floor boards. small bed. sliding doors. we were ground floor so no balcony

Location, air con, pool

I am mentioning the following issues so as they can be addressed before other occupants.Shower was faulty fitting and issue with leak. bed poor and linen was inadequate. 1 set of towels, no toaster, no rack in combi oven, loose tile fitting near bathroom door, sliding door into bedroom from bathroom needs adjusting. Bathroom window doesn’t lock. Unannounced workmen on premises

Very smart and modern, well appointed, secure and private location. Ground floor, easy access. Nice clean pool.

Location was good as long as you don’t mind the walk up cardiac hill from the strip! Shops within a 5 min walk. Apartment was the only one on the complex to get the sun until the end of the day which was fabulous.

No sun loungers by the pool! I had to buy a lilo to lie on.
