"Great location"

Location is nearby busy area, restaurant ,shops beach.

Unfortunately bed was extremely noisy which affected my sleep during whole time also had a leakage from above apartment.

"a little gem :)"

i come to lanzarote alot, this apartment is my best find yet :) perfect location close to everything! the pool is right outside the patio area..felt like we had our own private pool :) spotlessly clean, also the air con was lovely, it can get really hot especially in summer so that alone is a bonus!! i was a bit worried with my 6 year old playing as it is a quite complex but everyone was so nice a couple of people even went over to the pool just to say hello to her. i loved my stay and will be booking again for summer :)

The pool, facilities in apartment especially availability of a washing machine, property has good referb

Only fault was steady drone from pump house behind apartment 31 but didn't disturb to much and I'm a light sleeper. Could do with a couple of sun loungers
