Herrliches Gutshaus im Olivenhain, liebevoll in Schuss gehalten und mit historischem Flair. Blick aufs Meer und tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten. Maria Grazia ist eine phantastische Gastgeberin und absolut herzlich.

We loved the stunning views and peaceful property, just wished we stayed longer! Our ground floor apartment that opened up to a grand patio overlooking the sea was jaw-droppingly charming, with a well-appointed historically preserved kitchen including modern appliances and full refrigerator. Also loved the convenience a washer/dryer and AC unit. While the villa feels very relaxingly remote surrounded by olive groves, there was a convenient nearby town, approximately 10 minutes by car, with a large grocery store to stock up on anything one would need to be comfortable at the villa. It was a perfect home base for visiting the Sanctuary of Saint Michael on top of the mountain for the feast day and celebrating our anniversary. It was about a 25-minute drive on doable switchback roads to the top to explore historic Monte Sant'Angelo as well as visit Padre Pio's Shrine on the other side of the mountain. Would definitely need a car to access this property and get around the local sites. We also felt very safe since the property was gated and were able to park our rental car safely inside the grounds. Maria was very responsive and available to offer assistance and tips for exploring the area. A most welcoming host eager to serve! Hope we can visit again!

La vue exceptionnelle sur la mer

Le site est exceptionnel. La villa est un petit château avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la vallée. La literie et les équipements sont parfaits. Nous avions un appartement au deuxième avec une terrasse orientée au sud. Le domaine est fermé et donc le parking est gratuit et privé. La propriétaire a été fabuleuse avec nous. Ma femme a souffert d'une rage de dents, elle nous a déniché un chirurgien-dentiste en urgence. Nous la remercions vivement pour sa disponibilité et son empathie. Tout est propre et la déco est d'époque ;)

Nous étions au deuxième étage, donc il fallait gravir une belle volée de vieux escaliers d'époque. Cela pourrait être contraignant pour certaines personnes. Mais la vue en vaut la peine :-D

Endroit paradisiaque. On serait bien resté toute la vie ici...

Tout: la propreté, la beauté du lieu, l'appartement bien équipé et chaleureux. La terrasse avec la vue magnifique sur la baie. L'accès aux plages à proximité.un endroit pour se ressourcer et vivre le Gargano.
