Very spacious beautifully decorated and excellent ratio quality price

The location of the Villa Basso is marvellous; the view from our roof terrace was gorgeous. We stayed 5 nights in an apartment on the 2nd floor. The apartment itself is very vintage, but not really practical.

The facilities are rather poor, certainly in comparison with the apartments we rented in Bari and in Lecce. Tiny kitchen, very small fridge, no real space to eat inside when it was raining. Small wardrobe, so we left most of our clothes in the suitcases. The airco device was hardly capable to cool the one big room (bed, desk, easy chairs). The water supply pipe of the washing machine was leaking, so we decided not to use it.

One of the greatest booking experiences I ever had. The villa itself is renovated close to museum quality, I was more than happy to have the opportunity to spend some days in it. Great example of keeping old beautiful building in original condition and making it perfectly usable in modern times. View from the terrace is just stunning. Sea, olive trees, trabucchi - whole Gargano region in one single sight. Beautiful beaches and good restaurants are everywhere around. The host Maria was really helpful, she took good care of us and made our stay unforgettable.
