Old School Apartment 2 Ground Floor

Clean, well equipped, private off road parking. Walking distance of pub, food , town centre

Kettle could do with descale and shower head. Unfortunately I hadn't realised how close to main road. Overnight road noise.

We found the apartment and location excellent, next to the Abbey and close to town. It was clean and the off street parking was a bonus. The staff were excellent. We had a problem with our hot water, a maintenance person came within 1 hour. Unfortunately there was a major issue with the hot water system. We were moved to a larger apartment without any fuss. We appreciate the quick action and communication.

Bathroom shower tray and tiles slightly mouldy. NO hot water or pressure from shower head and needs descaling No instructions for boiler for heating or water States two parking spaces 1st space easily found second not marked had to move car for other residents in flat 1 Has nice patio but not swept - full of old leaves

Central and lovely walk to town through the Abbey gardens with our border terrier. It is very convenient for us to visit family.

Brilliant location. Right next to the Abbey Gardens, so a beautiful walk. So close to the town too. Really well equipped, although we didn't really use the facilities as we ate out. Courtyard is nice touch, shame we didn't have the weather for it! I found the bed SO comfy! I know that's a subjective opinion, but it was lovely!

It's on quite a busy road, so quite a bit of road noise in the double room, however the road quietened down considerably at night and made sleeping no problems. The floorboards are creaky, and we could hear those upstairs moving around. But again, it's no massive issue! Shower does need a little tlc. A new shower head would be a good start. I have the same enclosure at home, so I feel the pain trying to keep it spotless!!

Compact apartment, but ample space for three adults. Great location for central Bury.

Instructions for cooker and heating would have been useful as not familiar with those types, but we worked out how to operate them.

The location was perfect; only a 5 min walk into town. The facilities at the property were good and the bed was comfortable.

The property is very close to a main road and the traffic was very noisy. The shower room was looking a bit tired and was needing a make over. Also the flooring in the property and the apartment upstairs are very noisy making it impossible to walk around without a loud creaking noise. Very disconcerting when people in the upstairs apartment were moving around in the middle of the night.
