"Nice and good for what we needed, wouldn’t stay again unless shower was fixed"

Good location, easy parking. Comfortable beds.

The shower was a dribble, you couldn’t have a proper shower in it at all. Whole bathroom needed a bit of renovating. All a bit dated.

"Great flat close to town centre."

Location

Just about everything, no preparation, we had to repeatedly requesting missing items, broken items, cleaning ourselves. Beds mattress thin and very umuncomfortable. The basic were either missing or not clean...

"Would stay again. It was ok really for what we wanted."

The location was tidy and comfortable.

The shower, it had mould on the tiles at the bottom and the wheels were not clean on shower cubicle. All it needed was some of that Elbow grease cleaner and mould cleaner. Easy!

The property is in an excellent location, central to Bury St Edmunds Town centre. Communications prior to arrival were good, with check-in details and information about the property. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious, with an additional outside seating area. Great value for money considering the location, will definitely look to book this property again if heading to the area.

Location and the layout of the flat

shower doesn't drain well, does not get hot enough and the shower head needs to be replaced as its full of limescale
