The annex, Ruthvose

Spotless annex. Nice and private. Good parking. Well located for us as we were attending a party just down the road.

It could do with a sign directing you to The Annex as it is tucked away. We felt a bit embarrassed about having to "poke" about trying to find it. For us the bed was small...its a double and we are used to a king.

Location good accomadation clean and well equipped. Hosts very helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and would certainly book again

Location was great. In easy reach of everything. Tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and they'd even left a pint of milk in the fridge which was a nice touch.

When we arrived we couldn't actually find the annexe and the landlord's weren't home to ask. Its tucked at the back of the garage but maybe needs a sign showing you where to go. Also could do with a microwave. Apart from that we couldn't fault it.

Clean, comfortable annex with a garden that was located well for day trips throughout Cornwall. Owner was lovely and relaxed and also helpful in suggesting places to go.

Just a couple of minor things lacking: fridge had no freezer box, and no microwave.

The Annex was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the grounds and gardens were very well kept. The kitchen was well equipped with ample plates,cutlery etc. Clean towels were provided . The hosts Alli and Will were very friendly.

There was nothing not to like.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and tidy with pretty much all we needed for a few days stay. The host was very friendly and helpful and the location of the property was ideal for visiting just about anywhere in Cornwall.

Just a very minor point that it would have been useful to have an ice box in the fridge so that our picnic ice blocks could be frozen and used for picnics.
