The annex, Ruthvose

The property was the perfect size for two. Lovely quiet surroundings with beautiful, private garden. The host was really nice and made us feel welcome.

Quiet and very private, spotlessly clean with everything needed. Fresh daffodils on the table where a nice touch. Certainly will book again thanks for a great stay 😊

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. We had the most pleasant experience here right from the start. The annex was spotlessly clean, the facilities and equipment were excellent too. And the location is fantastic for those looking for a great central Cornwall location within a relaxed and peaceful environment. The hosts are fabulous too and super friendly. Oh and an added bonus, I think this is the only accommodation I've ever stayed in in Cornwall where I wasn't woken up by seagulls on the roof, haha!

Perfect location to see Cornwall, very central and not far from the coasts wether you go north, south or west towards lands end, will definitely be staying again when we visit Cornwall.

The property was immaculate, good facilities but lack of WIFI was a little disappointing. The location is rural and quiet, extremely well kept and cared for by the owners who were very friendly and welcoming. We found the location to be very central and with easy access to main roads for day trips. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending to others looking for a quiet retreat.

Very nice welcoming people. Ideal if you want to visit Newquay as its a 20 minute drive maximum and very private apartment. Has everything you need kettle, cooker, tv, fridge etc
