Apartments are individually styled and the images are representative but may not be of the apartment allocated. Breakfast is available at discounted rates at the nearly hotel, Porth Veor Manor (200 yards away), which is normally open from March to November. For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable.. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure. Access to the cottages is via an external stairway. There is no lift. The number of steps will vary depending on the specific property allocated.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Lovely spot for a break with friends!"

The property was ready for our arrival time. It was conveniently located right across the road from Porth Beach. There are restaurants within walking distance. The bedrooms are on the ground level, the living area and kitchen upstairs, offering the best views of the coast. We did not have a direct beach view due to the roofs of two properties below us but could view the coast from one side of our balcony. The kitchen had everything you need to get started - would suggest bringing washing up liquid, paper towels, and extra toilet roll if staying more than a couple of days. The tea, coffee, milk pods and biscuits were a nice touch, thank you! Again, if you are staying longer than a day or two, bring more of these items with you. The location is quiet. Within a 15 minute walk of Lusty Glaze beach, about 20-30 minute walk into central Newquay. Assigned parking for one car is a bonus.

The fan in the larger/master bedroom didn't work, but it was cool enough to open windows so it wasn't an issue for us, but could be in warmer weather.

We loved being close to the beach and the property was so nice. The view of the water was so nice from the balcony and we loved sitting out there. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was properly stocked.

Finding it. It would be great if there was a sign at the end of the driveway where you turn in.

We had an excellent stay at Sandpiper Cottages. Astonishing beach house with balcony and a sea view. Great size kitchen equipped in everything we needed for our stay. Stunning views at a sunsets. Absolutly in love.
