Excellent location. Comfortable bed and quality furniture. Nice view of the beech but it is restricted. Very quiet and a good place to relax.

The bathroom ceiling has black mould above the shower……not much but needs cleared. All the windows and patio doors are stiff of stuck as the sand gets into the fittings. Just needs a clean, vacuum and some WD40 to sort it.

High standard apartment, beds super comfortable, all you would need. Great location, amazing views, car parking space. We stayed in apartment 5 - was brilliant and really spacious. Two beds, open plan kitchen and lounge, en suite, bathroom and then a downstairs lounge too and small back garden. Really really lovely for a family stay.

Located at Porth beach, short drive to Padstow, Newquay. Walking distance to Lusty Glaze Beach. Apartment was spacious. Comfy beds with Emma mattress. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Very well equipped kitchen. Good quality bedding and towels. Balcony with limited view of beach. Quiet location with cafe, ice cream shop and restaurants just up the hill within walking distance.

The apartment needs a good clean. Black mould on bathroom ceiling which smelled. Window blinds are dirty and need repairing. Skirting boards and kitchen also not the cleanest. Stains on the sofa.

This property has been finished to a very high standard. Everything is new and fresh and there is literally everything you need! One of the beds was a super king, the lights dim down, chargers next to the bed, TVs in most of the rooms, washing machine, dishwasher (and plenty of dishwasher tablets) The views were lush - we were in apartment 5. Blinds and curtains so rooms nice and dark at night. Under floor heating. The property is 10/10!!

The key safe was a bit tricky to use but this really is only a minor detail with all the amazing positive things about this place

bedroom size was good. cleanliness of linen super. the bed ends are dangerous, caused severe bruising to legs, they need routing off.

no side tables in the lounge. no upstairs toilet. windows dirty and patio doors very difficult to open to a balcony that is more of a ledge.the tracks were full of sand.

It really felt like a home from home with everything we needed and more!

Couldn't stream Netflix on TV as it wasn't connected to WiFi or LAN. Was able to use laptop, so not really a major issue.

The location is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous views and a stunning cottage.
