Apartments are individually styled and the images are representative but may not be of the apartment allocated. Breakfast is available at discounted rates at the nearly hotel, Porth Veor Manor (200 yards away), which is normally open from March to November. For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable.. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure. Access to the cottages is via an external stairway. There is no lift. The number of steps will vary depending on the specific property allocated.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage’s but couldn’t get the free WiFi. There is a phone number to call but no phone signal"

We loved the location right opposite the beach. The oven & hob were the best I’ve ever cooked with and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need.

The only thing I’d change is to make one of the bedrooms a twin instead of having two doubles.

Heerlijk appartement met uitzicht op Portbeach, net buiten het centrum. Het strand/zee verandert mooi bij eb en vloed. Zonsondergang schitterend. Appartement goed en volledig gemeubileerd. We kwamen niets tekort.

Niets, behalve dat er niet goed is beschreven dat de slaapkamers op verschillende verdiepingen gelegen zijn..Het was overigens geen probleem voor ons.

Location to beach. Decor.

Too little toilet paper, drainage in bathroom poor. Bathroom. Door lock faulty. No fan or aircon. Rooms were hot. Sea view was a small view yo the side. Misleading I. Advert. Roof of unit in front overwhelming.

"Exceptional location and modern well fitted cottage."

The cottage was very well appointed with every piece of kitchen equipment needed. There were some welcome touches( tea coffee milk etc on arrival) and the furniture and furnishings were very comfortable.

The patio door was rather heavy to open and initially I was afraid of damaging it.

"Lovely stay"

The location right by the beach is perfect and the views are lovely. Being so close to the beach I was surprised by how quiet it also was, making for a nice and peaceful stay. The apartment kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and the living area has a nice cosy homely feel to it. The host was able to help with a couple of queries we had and was very polite and helpful .

"Pleasant"

Great location if you love the beach and have a car for groceries etc. The cottage had a good kitchen upstairs and so the view was lovely if you were standing in the right spot.very comfortable bed.

Thought $$$ per night but it was more to do with our exchange rate. Not clearly advertised about the convenience of shops.
