Apartments are individually styled and the images are representative but may not be of the apartment allocated. Breakfast is available at discounted rates at the nearly hotel, Porth Veor Manor (200 yards away), which is normally open from March to November. For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable.. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure. Access to the cottages is via an external stairway. There is no lift. The number of steps will vary depending on the specific property allocated.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Love how open and minimal it was: The view for us was amazing. Tv did not get put on once.

Found the key safe really difficult to get open. Took a few goes as was stiff

We didn't have breakfast. We loved being close to the beach and the view of Porth Beach.

The picture of the bathroom when you view on=line shows you a bathroom as you would see in a brochure, In reality it needed at least 1 or 2 shelves and at least several hooks for clothes / bath robe. I suppose someone in their wisdom deemed this would not look cosmetically good for the brochure but people have to live when they rent. Also we consider this next point very bad. We stayed at Sandpiper Cottages, Newquay for 14 nights. Your Housekeeping Information Booklet housed in the kitchen cupboard states that bedding and towels would be changed every 7 nights = which we would expect = this didn't happen and we are more than disappointed.

Cottage was spotlessly clean and beautiful. Stunning views of the beach from terrace. Allocated parking space was great to have too.

We have no complaints at all.

The vertical blinds in the living is broken. Ine side of the rail has come of the wall. Please repair it

Loved the location. Property was really comfortable with great facilities. Little welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits was great. A nice pub within walking distance and the beach was a few hundred yards away. Loved the sundeck too.

You need to drive to a shop for supplies or it is a half mile walk!
