Central location

No welcome pack. TV didn't work. Host slow to reply to messages Parking issues. Decoration needs refreshing Dead plant needs removing Towels need replacing

Central in Stratford. Walk to all Shakespeare things and restaurants. Relatively inexpensive. Two good bathrooms. Amazon Firestick TV.

Very basic accommodation. Should have small table in front of couch in living room. Parking is a long walk away to find a space.

Clean , tidy, comfortable facilities. Location excellent

It would be advisable if customers knew upfront that the 1 parking permit is shared with the cleaner and only becomes effective once they have left. Therefore avoiding any parking fines as was the case for us.

Excellent location in a lovely town. Very convenient. Spacious, clean and decent decoration.

Sorry to say but the beds were terrible. The single beds in the small room were so fragile and they made noise the whole night. Mattresses were not comfortable either. Heating was off at some point at night we felt a bit cold.

Great location. Large apartment. 2 bathrooms.

Hot water not working. Beds could do with a bed topper. Details on parking needs more information. We didn’t know what s7 parking was.

The property could be really good if managed correctly.

Filthy washing machine (which we attempted to clean) Had to vacuum the main bedroom as there was dried food behind the head of the bed. No heating. No hot water as boiler kept tripping. Despite numerous attempts at resetting the tripped boiler switch in box above the front foot the boiler kept tripping. Mickey was informed a numbering times but kept coming up with all sorts of fanciful excuses (basically blaming us!) it was us who left the note addressed to Mikey when we left. We were fair and accepted he is young and trying to run a business. We however emphasised the need for communication and the overhaul of the boiler. There wasn’t a response from him which is disappointing. It definitely put a damper on the holiday, but we refused to let it ruin it

The tough part was the 2 am deliveries that we could hear in detail thru the single pane windows in the bedrooms. These deliveries were so noise and lasted 30 mins in the dead of night. Also, the beds were terrible - just poor quality. My Dad had to move his mattress to the floor because it was so thin and flimsy. Lastly, the internet kept dropping so you couldn’t rely on it for more than 10 mins. Oh, and the cleaning crew left a massive load of previous guests dirty linen and towel laundry in the washing machine which was pretty gross. We’ll stay anywhere else when back.

The location was good.

Terrible communication and not processing a refund for services not provided. We booked and paid for a two night stay months in advance. On the day of check in I was not provided with check in details as stated in the arrangements. when I contacted on the afternoon we were due to check in I was informed there was a problem with the boiler and offered an inferior property located out of town. He had not instigated any discussion, so we wasted much of our afternoon trying to get a solution and then finding somewhere else to stay. Not how we wanted to spend our time in Stratford upon Avon. We agreed to organise an alternative for the first night, that the boiler would be fixed and we would stay there the second night. The host offered to refund the first nights fee which had already been paid. This was two weeks ago and he has not refunded the money and is now not responding to messages. There was also a note in the apartment from a previous guest complaining about his poor communication and that the same issue (no heating) was a problem for them.
