Great location. Very spacious modern bright flat.

It was a windy night and the windows kept rattling and quite a lot of traffic noise Parking confusing and I drove around for 20mins and couldn't find a space in specified zones.

Fantastic location. 2 mins from christmas shop and 3 from Shakespeares birthplace. Loved the whole apartment, comfortable and welcoming, the fans were a welcome bonus in the heatwave too. Can't wait to visit again.

Not enough glasses. 2 wine glasses and 3 plastic champagne flutes. Not the best to drink a nice wine out of. No light that we could find in lobby so up and down stairs in darkness at night. Only 5 towels for 6 of us, but luckily one of party packed their own.

The location was brilliant, a nice short walk to where we needed to go. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for us all in the living space.

That we couldn't stay for longer 😉

Apartment needs a lot of attention Very Poor quality beds/ mattresses / bedding Lots of hair in beds , we slept on top of duvet in all 3 bedrooms Very uncomfortable sofa Not sure if host is aware but that apartment as not been cleaned in a long time Thick with dust through out Lots of stains to carpets and walls Food left in cupboards Sofa full of very visible stains 4 towels for 5 people 1 hand towel for 2 bathrooms ( stated towels were included ) Dirty make up pads left on bedroom windowsill Such a shame as its a fab location Needs quality furnishings to make stay more comfortable

The location of the property is very good and walking distance to everything. Parking is free although quite a walk from the apartment. The internet is good and the kitchen fully equipped.

The communication from the host was very poor prior to arriving. Despite several requests for parking information well in advance, the host did not respond until check in time. We got a parking ticket because we were told to park in the loading bay on the high street. By the time we got back from dropping off our cases the parking warden gave us a ticket. He told us the bay is for deliveries and not private parking for the flats (even though we were just unloading). The apartment was not very clean and the couches and some of the bedding stained and the beds are uncomfortable. The parking is some distance away which would have been okay if we were told prior.

We loved the location and space. Modern facilities. We would want more comfortable bedding as the living room couches were hard. Bedding, hand soaps, and bath mats were missing.

The parking was part of the deal and was listed as private. However, it was paid public parking blocks away. Original instructions were not clear when booking.

Great location for a city trip when you don't drive. However there were deliveries through the night and with single pane sash windows we were disturbed on a few occasions. Very spacious apartment.

The single beds in one room are metal framed and were very squeaky and not that comfortable for my teenage daughters, there were several things that seemed half done, wall mirrors were stood up against walls rather than hanging up and there were flat packs under the one bed. Also lots of bits of opened jars and sauces in the cupboards...most were expired. Shame really as it is such a big apartment and a great location. It just needed a good tidy up and a bit of tlc.
