Confused ..asked for free parking, got a text with permit that didn't cover the amount of days we stayed. Ended up parking in the multi storey car park and paying almost £70

ONLY positive thing is the location.

Apartment is poorly fitted out. Only 1 saucepan in the entire kitchen. Coffee machine had not been cleaned for a long time. Microwave was in a very poor condition. Carpets and walls were stained and marked. Shower heads are in need of replacing, they are filthy. Seems the host can even be bothered to hang up the pictures that have been left everywhere. No double glazing on the windows. This means it's hard to sleep at night due to the noise of traffic and the delivery to a local sandwich shop, just round the corner, at 0200 each morning. Poor communication with the host. Had to message an hour before arrival for instructions on how to enter the property. The key box which houses the keys is attached to a pipe opposite and is prone to slipping to the floor. The key box dials are very warn and difficult to rotate and to read the numbers. I have on several occasions messaged the host and had no response.

Location was excellent and the apartment a great size and layout. Stratford-upon-Avon is beautiful and this apartment is close to everything.

If you are a light sleeper and want to enjoy a lie in bring earplugs.

Good location & very good size to accommodate 4 people.

The two single beds were extremely creaky. I received a message stating I was responsible for a bathroom leak. Having looked at the shower the sealant has come away & it’s obvious it’s been like this for some time. The dishwasher hadn’t been emptied. A lot of noise on the Main Street throughout the night.

Despite emails and several unanswerd telephone calls, there was no communication from the owner until we were already in Stratford. We had no information about access. It was around 5.00pm that we were informed by message, that the property was unavailable due to damage from previous guests. We were then forced to seek alternative accomodtion at very short notice

Location, large communal spaces

Lack of crockery, mugs, glasses when there were 6 of us. No info what to do with rubbish or recycling when leaving. Only 1 set of keys (could have done with 2). Couldn’t make entry phone work - instructions might have helped. A couple of dishwasher tablets would have been useful. Owner did not respond to several requests for booking clarification over several months and access /parking info only arrived on day of arrival; 2 today’s prior would have been less stressful.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and in a fantastic location... Very comfortable beds and fans provided as weather was very hot

The location was excellent, the size of the property was great and the open plan nature was perfect for our group. I found my bed ( double) really comfortable. Glad of the fans.

The flat needs a deep clean. On arrival one of the toilets hadn’t been cleaned, leaving us to see the disgusting mess left by the previous stay. The shower was dirty but looks even worse due to the mould around the seals. There were ring marks from cups on the floor ( cleanable) and the sofas need a good steam. Free Parking isn’t assured close to property and we almost ended up a good 10 minutes away.After driving around 3 times we were lucky to secure a spot in the closest road, but other than the Sunday this road always seemed full! I would have liked the host to have reached out earlier than only a few hours before check in. I appreciate security ( and I wanted to be organised and prepared rather than last minute) but I hadn’t heard anything when 7 of us left to travel which was slightly worrying. I don’t think any previous host has left it so late to send details. I do appreciate this last comment is a personal preference.
