Location is great....that's it!

AVOID, AVOID AVOID. It is the dirtiest place I've ever seen as an air BnB. The beds had all been slept in and sheets not changed, the carpets are so so dirty. The showers are horrendous and the microwave, washing machine and coffee maker are all scummy. The sofa has some dodgy stains all over it and the oven.....well, don't use it as you'd most probably get poisoning afterwards. Seriously, this place is not worth £1 let alone £100. Genuine pit. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The location and space were super, as were the tv apps.

It was dirty. One shower was so dirty it was unusable, the microwave was food spattered, rusty and had no turntable, kitchen work surface had sticky patches, it had not been vacuumed and was very dusty.

Location was fab

The owner was great letting us drop off our luggage early and very helpful. The apartment was filthy! The sinks and showers didn’t drain you can’t imagine what we found down them! Black mould, floors not mopped in months. Dust I write my name in, cob webs, no beds or bedding set up for my kids, dishwasher full of someone else dishes, rubbish left in the bin with no bin liners. The whole place barring the kitchen needs a massive face lift. The mattress are about two inches thick and the curtains are see through they are so thin. This isn’t what we expect from booking.com bear in mind the photos were taken after asking for the cleaner to come back!

Modern decor, amazing location, very spacious. Host very helpful regarding parking!

Would have liked more kitchen equipment (pans, prosecco glasses etc) as we did have a few meals at the flat but struggled to cook for 6 people with two small pans :)

The apartment was centrally located and convenient for the shops, restaurants and bars. It was very spacious with light, airy rooms.

What could have been an amazing apartment was sadly let down by the lack of cleanliness. At first sight, it seemed OK but upon closer inspection there was a lot of dust on all skirting boards, window ledges, tv screen and bed frames; dirty marks on the carpet; shower screens and shower heads needed a good wipe and the sink plugs were thick with soap scum. This also included the shower trap as the water level rose alarmingly when the shower was in use. The beds could be of a better quality too as they were quite rickety.

Great location, perfect size, everything you needed.

The bedding in the main bedroom was not clean. We used throws instead of the fitted sheet as there were stains/hairs on it. This may be mitigated due to the issue that arose prior to our arrival could have distracted the cleaners. Sofas and beds weren’t the most comfortable.

Superb location and fantastic space. Very roomy and well set out for groups or families.

It needed a deep clean. It had clearly been cleaned for our stay but it was superficial. Carpets needed cleaned (socks were disgusting) bathroom showers weren’t clean and drains clearly blocked. There was missing toilet flushes. Blinds filthy. Beautiful place but needs a deep clean.

Location excellent. Spacious and bright.

The standard of the overall accommodation, and the location is excellent.

The windows rattled a bit in the wind and because the windows have gaps the street noise kept us awake at night. However we understand that original sash windows are difficult to sound proof.
